The site at Grove Road – on the south west side of Ballymena – has not yet been zoned, but it’s anticipated that this will indeed happen in the next plan.
Ballymena is a regional growth centre – with increasing numbers of metropolitan commuters moving to the area, which has first rate shopping and leisure facilities.
The site affords excellent development potential for the future.
