The Magherafelt based construction company, Conway Group, has completed a new Premier Inn Hotel for Whitbread PLC, Premier Inn's parent company, at Crescent Link, Londonderry.
The new 3 storey 60-bedroom hotel and 200 cover Brewers Fayre restaurant was completed in 26 weeks, ahead of the 2013 Derry ~ Londonderry City of Culture celebrations.
The new hotel & restaurant opened to the public on 26th November and has created 60 new jobs in the Waterside area.
